Another day in the Land of Enchantment

I was at the airport recently, sitting on a bench at the baggage claim. I was sitting near the conveyor for special sized baggage, and noticed a big dog kennel come out and stop. A woman and her two kids walked up to it. The lady seemed a bit flustered and hurried. I saw her trying to cut something that was holding the kennel shut, but she wasn't getting anywhere so I approached them and asked it I could maybe help with my keys. My keys wouldn't cut the plastic ties so she went off to find scissors and I went back to sitting on my bench. She returned, cut the ties and freed the beautiful Australian Shepard. She still looked troubled, like she was in a hurry but couldn't figure out how to get all their baggage, dog, and kennel out to the curb, so I offered to help and carried the kennel. We talked about her dog for a second (It really was an exceptionally gorgeous dog). Upon reaching the curb, she thanked me a hundred times. Very nice lady. We still had so much to talk about, but she had to go, and I had to let her.

That IS so cool. I wonder what brought her to NM. I know this is embarrassing, but who is that? Jennifer Connelly or something? I would have recognized her, but not known her. What a way to be a good Samaritan C.

Are you Rico Suave? "We still had so much to talk about, but she had to go, and I had to let her"?

Sorry Mom and Dad. Her name is Jennifer Connely and she's not in any BBC flicks.

Just one of the biggest actresses of our time.

And for all of you impressed by my charity, I only did it cause she was famous. Wouldn't have done it for a homely, unfamous lady.

Ok, so I was reading your story and couldn't see the pic and I was thinking how weird you were for posting that strange post, but you are not weird. WOW!!!! Sh's drop dead gorgeous. Jennifer Connely....wow. How was she in person?????

Even Stephens, her boys weren't as beautiful as she. Just normal looking boys (even dressed normally).

Claire, she's almost just as pretty in person. I was surprised by how small and short she is, as I pictured her taller for some reason. I was impressed at how normally she and her kids were dressed (although you could tell her jeans and boots probably cost more than i make in a month). She had little to no make up on, her boys were sort of scraggly looking (each had a cowboy hat on, which I liked), and I was surprised that she didn't have an assistant or body guard or a limo driver waiting in the lobby.

She was super nice.

WOW! That is so COOL! “For my will is as strong as yours and my kingdom as great. You have NO POWER OVER ME.” I'm pretty certain I've seen Labyrinth WAY too many times!
