Our Halloween was underrated I think, after reading everyone's posts about how they took their kids trick-or-treating 4 times, to neighborhood parties, and on hay rides. We went to our ward trunk-or-treat and then went trick-or-treating on Halloween. And I still felt like that was a bit over the top! It was so fun, though to get Oliver all dressed up in his froggy outfit. We also made it out to our pumpkin patch, which turned out to be really fun. We babysat for a family in our old ward this weekend, which meant that we took Oliver, along with their 4-year-old and 2-year-old out on the actual night. It was fun to take the three little guys in their costumes.
Oliver just learned how to say "cheese" when we take a pic, hence the staged smile. Posing in front of the pumpkin that I carved all by myself (Oliver was too grossed out and Christian needed to rest his wrist.)

Cute pics! Rex was a froggie one year too. Oliver is so dang cute and sweet.
this is macy, btw.
Oliver looks so old! I could just eat that little face, its just so perfect and sweet and clean. so adorable. You guys did way more than we did, we only did a trick or treat that actual night and then that day at the josh's office. anyway, looks like fun. way cute pic of you and ollie, you look gorgeous. LOL about chris wrist needing to rest, and oliver being grossed out. and no I have no idea what henry is. johnny appleseed?
Or Davey Crockett?
Thanks for sending the Halloween pics Rebecca. I loved them!
How did the babysitting go? Was it hard or not too bad? Was it worth it?
so cute, so fun! looks like all is well in NM. I'm excited for you and Rachel to have girls together. So fun! Come to Texas for a visit.
Johnny Appleseed?
Sounds like Christian needs to exercise. Wrist getting tired? What kind of stamina is that? Oli looks so big/old in that pic on the fireplace. His hair looks really thick.
Cute, cute, cute!!!
He was so cute in his froggy costume. Oliver does a great fake smile, I bet you're proud. I read your post about Oprah too, and I have to admit that I agree 100% with what you said. I don't know why, but something about last night just rubbed me the wrong way. He was almost at a "Godly" status or something. Why does it have to be so much about race? You know, he's just as much white as he is black... Well, now we really need to get working on our food storage... :)
How cute, I love that froggy costume. How fun for him to have some buddies to trick-or-treat with. Cute kids.
